A choice of four riverside apartments occupying the ground and first floor in two typical period Breton Houses. The ground floor apartments have the benefits of direct access to the garden, complete with garden furniture, whilst the upstairs apartments have the advantage of lovely views along the river.

One apartment sleeps up to four persons, i.e. a bedroom with a double bed and bed settees in the lounge.

Each of the apartments have modern bathrooms and a completely equipped modern kitchen including an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and toaster and a washing machine.

The apartments are located adjacent to the River Rance in the Port de Dinan, within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, bakery, other shops and the quay, from where a regular boat service operates to St. Malo. One can stroll along the riverside walks, visit the nearby equestrian centre, hire a boat, canoe, bicycle, play tennis or simply relax at the side of the river with a fishing line. In addition there are many more shops, restaurants and other places of interest within the picturesque ancient walled market town of Dinan. The weekly market (Thursday morning) is not to be missed!

Nearest Activities

The nearest beeches are about 20 minutes drive away, although there are swimming pools at the new sports complex in Dinan (indoor) and at the nearby Lehon (outdoor). Lehon is a small, very attractive pedestrianised village with 12th Century Castle and Priory. There is also an indoor tennis centre at Lehon. There are numerous towns, fishing villages and resorts nearby worthy of visiting. The nearest golf courses are at Dinard (10 miles) and Le Tronchet (5 miles) and the nearest airport is at Dinard.
